We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in becoming one of the following; pest technicians, sales reps, and a Service Manager. We are looking for individuals to provide services to our commercial and residential clients (in your assigned geographical area). If you are customer-focused and committed to excellence this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will service commercial and residential properties to control rodent infestations. In addition, you’ll solicit new business, while applying technical knowledge of landscaping pest control techniques and adhering to required safety regulations while growing your customer base.
Description: Sales Managers
All managers will oversee their departments. Each manager is responsible for the employees’ compliance, reports, routes, and sales. We want our managers to provide feedback to team members, and executive staff. We want our managers to provide mentorship and improve the team’s results. Managers need practical leadership skills to guide their teams toward common goals. Good managers can make difficult decisions and have faith in their teams to get the job done.
Qualifications:
~ Thrives as a “self-starter” and enjoys working independently
~ Must have one of the following: Possesses an applicator or field rep license or valid driver’s license
~ Has a proven track record working with people to solve customer problems
~ Seeks knowledge to grow in your industry
~ Possess strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
~ Excellent follow-through skills essential for closing pending items
~ Possess organizational skills to manage the flow of work and paperwork required
~ Relevant customer service experience in solving problems
~ An active listener and strong verbal communicator
~ Ability to adapt and interact with a diverse client base
