The *Sales Director* will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting commission structure, allowing you to earn from both your personal sales and a percentage of every sale made by your team. *Key Responsibilities:*
* *Sales Strategy:* Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that aligns with Xenios’s business goals and target market.
* *Team Leadership:* Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
* *Revenue Growth:* Drive client acquisition and retention efforts to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
* *Lead Management:* Optimize the use of provided leads while developing strategies for identifying and closing self-sourced opportunities.
* *Pipeline Development:* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to track performance and improve outcomes.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and client needs.
* *Market Expansion:* Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and establish relationships with high-value clients and organizations.
* *Reporting:* Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

*Qualifications:*
* *Experience:* 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* *Proven Success:* Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in a high-growth environment.
* *Industry Knowledge:* Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or SaaS is highly preferred.
* *Leadership Skills:* Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
* *Strategic Thinking:* Ability to design and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results.
* *Client Focus:* Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills, with a deep understanding of high-net-worth and corporate clients.
* *Tech-Savvy:* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
* *Entrepreneurial Spirit:* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
