Position Opening – Maintenance Technician
Location: All Easterseals locations in Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore (8)
Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management Team.
The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent time management and customer service skills. The key responsibilities for this role are the ability to perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint and drywall repairs in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
– Ability to determine best course of action to make effective building repairs
– Ability to inspect buildings for needed preventative maintenance
– Must be able to provide basic hand tools, power tools will be provided as needed
– Driving record in good standing for work-related travel.
– Understanding of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance as gained through 3 to 5 years’ experience.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The salary range for this position is based on experience in the field.
This is a new position within Easterseals and is currently starting as a part-time, 24 hour per week position with the possibility of increased hours for the right candidate.
