Nationwide Jewish NFP is looking for a temporary office assistant to start asap in their San Francisco office. You will be assisting with various office tasks as well as assisting in preparation for an event taking place in December.
This is a great temp role for the right person. Could lead to future opportunities working with the organization.
This is a P/T role. 2x a week in office (Wednesdays and Thursdays – all who apply must be available to work the evening of 12/12 until 8:30pm).

Responsibilities include:
Supply ordering/inventory/organizing, meeting space reservations, invoice processing, food ordering, RSVPs for meetings and events, updating database information, researching mailing addresses/contact information, solicitation letters and thank you notes and other template correspondence merging and sending.
Requirements:
Computer skills – MS office, any Lexis/Nexis, Raisers Edge experience is a plus, ability to lift light objects such as office supplies, food orders, signs, organization merchandise.
