Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Gen AI Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to lead the development of advanced AI and big data solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI, Open AI, and expertise with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, PySpark, and Python. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable architectures that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient architectures using Python, Generative AI, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Develop and deploy big data solutions on Google Cloud Platform
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed
Communicate project progress and technical challenges to stakeholders
Analyze business needs and develop AI strategies to drive business growth and efficiency

Primary Skills:

Python expertise with a focus on Generative AI technologies
Strong experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform in deploying cloud-based solutions
Hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing
Proven ability to design and implement big data solutions on Google Cloud
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with Google Cloud – Big Data and Google Cloud Services
C# programming expertise is a plus
Full software development lifecycle experience
Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills

Qualifications:

10-14 years of experience in AI development, particularly in Generative AI
Proven practical expertise in Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices
Hands-on experience with big data technologies, particularly PySpark
