*Role Overview*

As an *Affiliate Builder*, you will play a pivotal role in growing our affiliate network. You’ll focus on recruiting, mentoring, and supporting affiliates to ensure their success in promoting our products and mission.

*Key Responsibilities*

– Recruit new affiliates and guide them through the onboarding process.

– Provide mentorship and training to affiliates, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

– Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network.

– Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement.

– Act as a primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing questions and resolving concerns.

– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate activities with broader company goals.

*Qualifications*

– Experience in affiliate marketing, network marketing, or sales.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

– Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media).

– Proficiency in English.
