Job Description

Looking for a full time candidate to treat family medicine adult patients. Must be able to work independently as we are a one MD facility. Daily tasks are listed below:
Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history
Record symptoms
Physically examine patients
Make diagnoses
Develop a treatment plan that may include medication and other therapies
Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health
Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments
