Job Description
Responsibilities:
Determine product demand and customer awareness based on market trends
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
Handle graphic projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain image library files
Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
Submit rough layouts for project approval
Review and maintain company website and social media accounts
Qualifications:
B.S. in Marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience in Marketing
3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
Proven social media marketing experience
Experience with email marketing strategy with emphasis on Mailchimp
Proven experience in website design using HTML, CSS or greater
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite
Possess graphic design portfolio
Strong project management skills
Strong leadership qualities
Able to work in a fast pace and changing environment with flexibility
Deadline and detail-oriented
