Job description:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Conflict resolution skills
Effectively and respectfully communicate with coworkers/ management
Proper phone and interpersonal etiquette
Maintain a well-organized work environment
Ability to use a desktop computer system
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word a plus
Qualifications
Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
Experience with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation with the capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
Ability to speak fluently in English and Spanish preferred
Salary
Dependent Upon Experience

Must be flexible (overtime available*)
Compensation is $37,440 based on qualifications and experience
