Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Assist with mobility, including transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Report changes in patients’ conditions to nurses or other healthcare professionals promptly.
Qualifications:

Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Delaware.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and transferring patients.
