Job Title:Home-Based Assistant – Entry Level
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
* Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
* Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency
* Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts
* Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
* Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs
* Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software is a plus
* Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
* A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway
