*Position Overview:*

We are seeking experienced and results-driven *Sales Representatives* to join our team and represent Xenios’ transformative fitness and wellness programs. This role involves leveraging provided leads and proactively sourcing and closing your own leads to connect high-net-worth individuals, corporate teams, and wellness enthusiasts with our programs.

If you have a proven track record of closing sales, building strong relationships, and working in performance-based roles, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Lead Conversion:* Effectively close leads provided by Xenios and maximize client enrollment through exceptional sales strategies.
* *Proactive Client Acquisition:* Identify, engage, and close new leads, including executives, athletes, creatives, and wellness-focused individuals, through your own outreach efforts.
* *Collaborations:* Partner with influencers, coaches, and ambassadors in fitness, wellness, LinkedIn thought leadership, and creative industries to expand reach.
* *Relationship Management:* Build long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional support throughout the sales process.
* *Athlete & Community Engagement:* Work with retired pro athletes, respected coaches, and sports communities to promote programs and share success stories.
* *Sales Strategy Development:* Contribute ideas to refine and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Xenios’ goals.
* *Performance Tracking:* Monitor outreach efforts, conversions, and overall success metrics to ensure consistent improvement.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a *Sales Representative* with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Ability to *close both provided leads and self-sourced leads* effectively and efficiently.
* Established network within the fitness, wellness, sports, or creative communities is a plus.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or fitness/wellness program promotion.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a *commission-based, results-driven environment*.
* A passion for health, wellness, and high performance.

*Compensation:*
