Job Title: Metasolv Lead Developer
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Metasolv Lead Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Metasolv M6 Inventory system, Telecom Inventory management, and system conversions. As the lead developer, you will work closely with a team of offshore junior developers, guiding them and ensuring the successful configuration, coding, and optimization of the Metasolv system.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Serve as the onshore lead developer, coordinating and guiding offshore junior developers in the effective use of the Metasolv M6 Inventory system.
Metasolv Configuration & Coding: Configure and code within the Metasolv environment, ensuring accurate Telecom Inventory management for Fiber and Copper products and services.
Telecom Inventory Management: Leverage your knowledge of Telecom Inventory management, including Fiber and Copper products, to optimize system performance and accuracy.
Product Knowledge: Apply your expertise in Voice and Internet product offerings to manage and model Service Order Workflows effectively.
System Conversion: Utilize your experience in Metasolv system conversions to plan and execute upcoming system transitions efficiently.
System Tuning: Participate in projects aimed at streamlining the environment and databases, including system tuning and purging tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Metasolv M6 Experience: Must have extensive experience with the Metasolv M6 Inventory system.
Telecom Knowledge: Strong understanding of Telecom Inventory management, particularly with Fiber and Copper products and services.
Product & Workflow Expertise: Must have knowledge of Voice and Internet product offerings and Service Order Workflow management and modeling.
System Conversion Experience: Experience with Metasolv system conversions is highly desirable.
System Tuning: Prefer candidates with experience in system tuning and database management, including purging.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading a team of developers, particularly in a remote or distributed environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams.
