Here are some benefits that our therapists love:

W-2 Hourly: This is not a 1099-contractor position, we provide benefits and support. Compensation is at 82.00/hour

Remote: A 100% remote-first workplace.

Flexible Schedule: You choose your hours (5-40 per week) and set your own schedule.

Client Referrals: We handle marketing for you, and help build your caseload to the level you want.

Zero Admin Work: We manage insurance credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Guaranteed Pay: Hourly pay on completed sessions and bi-weekly direct deposits.

Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance available

You must carry your own malpractice insurance and be licensed to practice independently in Massachusetts without supervision.
