Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cloverleaf Interface Technical Consultant to support and enhance an Infor Cloverleaf system, ensuring seamless data transactions between our organization and its data trading partners. The consultant will participate in the kickoff meeting onsite, with remote work to follow. This position involves a one-year contract, with potential for two additional one-year renewals. This role requires strict adherence to security protocols and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Responsibilities:

Maintain and upgrade the Infor Cloverleaf system, with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security
Plan, develop, and implement new interfaces and connections with data trading partners
Configure security settings, document configurations, and assist with security audits
Set up logging, dashboards, reporting, and monitoring tools
Implement and test disaster recovery and high-availability configurations
Collaborate with AWS resources and vendors to maintain the cloud environment, including updates and modifications
Document all work and provide knowledge transfer sessions to relevant stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate will have five or more years of experience in the following:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Infor Cloverleaf modules and components:
Cloverleaf Integration Services (CIS) Platform
Cloverleaf Data Integrator
Cloverleaf Global Monitor
Cloverleaf IHE Module
Cloverleaf Security Module
Cloverleaf Web Services Adapter
Scripting and coding skills in:
C++
HTML
Java
SQL
Tool Command Language (TCL)
XML/XSLT
Cloud services experience, including:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
Proficiency in healthcare interoperability standards, such as:
HL7
FHIR
C-CDA
IHE standards, including PDQ, XDS, XDR, and XCA
Experience with networking, including troubleshooting and configuration of firewalls and load balancers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Relevant experience in healthcare IT and data interoperability
